2025 Tierra Retreat Center Package Pricing for Groups and Weddings in Regular Season (May-October)
Thank you for your interest in Tierra Retreat Center as a potential location for your event. You have several options when it comes to dispersing the cost of renting our facility. Below, we have outlined several scenarios to help you estimate the overall costs for your event. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns after you have read through this information.
All scenarios are based on the full facility rental charge of $6,800/ night (pre-tax). (Tax is 10.4%.) During the regular season there is a 2 night minimum requirement. The full facility rental covers the first 40 overnight guests and does not include day use guests or children 2 and under. For over 40 overnight guests there is a $35 per person per night charge.
Scenario 1: Individual guests/attendees help to cover the cost of both renting the facilities (Main Lodge etc.) and their personal lodging costs OR the organizing group will be covering all costs and is looking to estimate the per person cost associated with hosting the event. This per person rate includes the rental cost of the Full Facility (Lodge and all of its infrastructure, Meadow infrastructure and Yurt infrastructure) in addition to overnight lodging for all guests. Rate is broken down between pre-tax cost per person and post-tax cost per person.

Scenario 2: Group organizers will be covering the cost of renting the facilities (Main Lodge etc.) and individual guests will only be paying for their lodging. In this situation, the rental of the facility infrastructure would be covered by the hosting party and guests would be responsible for their individual lodging costs only. This is the breakdown of the rate per person/per night that the hosting party would want to charge their participants to cover all of their rental costs.

Scenario 3: Lastly, the hosting party may want to pay for the rental of the Main Lodge and its infrastructure and then charge a per-room rate to their guests rather than a per-person rate. Here is the breakdown for this scenario.

Post Tax = $3,746.80/night
Each Individual Room Suite Rental (20 Suites Total) 40 Overnight Guests Max.
Pre Tax= $170 per suite/night
Post Tax= $187.34 per suite/night
If you have over 40 adults staying overnight you will want to add on an additional $35 to each room suite per extra adult staying in that suite.
